Return Policy – David Hayman Jewellers

NOTE: Sale pieces, special orders, modified pieces (including sizing), and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Return Policy for Eligible Items

For all other pieces, we offer full refunds within 15 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or within 15 days of delivery (for online orders). Store credit is given within 30 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or within 30 days of delivery (for online orders). The piece must be in unused and unworn, in original condition, along with the original gift box, warranty cards, and explanation booklets.

Start A Return

To request a return, email contactus@davidhaymanjewellers.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Then we'll email you a FedEx return label with more detailed return instructions.

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed. Your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges, will be credited within 1 week of receiving your return.

Please securely package and fully insure your return shipment, and also include the original sales invoice and packaging materials. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments in transit.

Gift Cards

Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
