    Complimentary Consultation

    During this Custom Design consultation, you will be paired with one of our expert jewelry designers who will work with you to create a three dimensional CAD design of your custom piece.Your designer will be dedicated to helping you create the custom piece of your dreams–every step of the way!
    step 02

    Three Dimensional Review

    The CAD design takes 24 hours to create. Once the CAD design is complete, you and your designer will review the details of the three dimensional design on a computer. Reviewing in three dimensions allows you and your designer to see even the smallest details of your design.

    At this point, you will either provide feedback for any desired changes, or you will approve the CAD design.

    Estimate

    Once the CAD design is created, we will provide you with an estimate for your custom piece. If you would like your custom design to be made with stones you already own, or if you’d like to have David Hayman Jewellers source the materials to build the piece, we can work within your budget.
    STEP 04

    Wax Casting

    Once our estimate is approved, the CAD design is put into a 3D printer, which converts the blueprints into a wax cast of your piece. This step of the process allows you to “test drive” your custom jewelry to ensure that you’ve got the perfect design.

    Wax casting also allows you to try on your piece before completion and see how the final product will look and feel on you. We will make as many changes as needed until the design is perfect.
