Your online purchase may be fully refunded within 15 days after the delivery date. Store credit is permitted within 30 days after the delivery date. The item must be in unused and unworn, in original condition, along with the original gift box, warranty cards, and explanation booklets. Sale items, special orders, modified items (including sizing) and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed in just a few days. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges within 1 week of receiving your return.
Please make sure to securely package and fully insure any returns along with original sales invoice and packaging materials. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments in Transit.
